**Project Summary:** The project aims to provide visual motion training while delivering non-invasive neurostimulation, more specifically transcranial random noise stimulation (tRNS), in the occipital region of cortically blind patients. Previous work (Herpich et al. 2019)\* has shown improvement in motion detection when tRNS is applied over visual training only. We aim at reevaluating these results, assessing the visual evoked potentials and interhemispheric communication with EEG data, and mapping brain connectome pre and post-training period using fMRI. The project tasks include recruiting patients, running the study protocols for baseline tests and visual training, data collection, and data analysis.
