Project Summary: This project focused on the development of a new and robust approach to investigate the compressed sensing technologies for brain imaging. Mr. Karabeyli will work with the lab’s algorithmic development team and learn about current technologies for compressed sensing and advanced MR imaging. Initially, he will focus on anonymous data from children with ADHD and learn about how to speed up image acquisition protocols to reduce motion artifacts. Mr. Karabeyli will have access to data from a host of whole-body MRI systems, and through the Partners Radiology Department, access to data from MR scanners. He will thus have unique possibilities to work on data from novel advanced diffusion MRI experiments.
